IAOO

The International Academy of Oral Oncology (IAOO) was established in April 2005 in Crete by Alexander Rapidis (University of Athens and Greek Anticancer Institute), Crispian Scully (University College of London and Eastman Dental Institute) and John Langdon (King’s College Hospital Medical College of London).

The scientific Association drew together clinicians and scientists from around the world, who are active in the field of oral oncology. The main purpose of this “gathering” of leading colleagues, with substantial contributions in the scientific literature, publications and long lasting educational and didactic achievements, is to serve in the fight against oral cancer through medical science.
